As a patient, calm, creative, and friendly caregiver, I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that enhance their learning. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously and am available to provide references upon request. I hold CPR and First Aid certifications, and I follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day or any issues that may arise. Hello! I’m a mom of a 5 year old daughter as of May! Currently we are getting back on our feet just her and I, along with our special needs (IVDD) Corgi, Henree! I love kids with a passion and it’s so fun and rewarding to hear their laughs and see their smiles as friendships are formed. Although I have only babysat and was a nanny growing up starting in middle school and throughout high school, I’m confident in my motherhood era and I would take care of your child(ren) as they are my own! Hello!! I retired early after 38 years of teaching. I received Elementary Education as well special education degrees from Luther College in Decorah, IA. I later received my Early Child Special Education degree from Mankato State University and my Graduate Degree from St Mary's University. I am presently driving two hours to care for my 2 year old granddaughter in Hopkins, Mn. I typically watch her two weeks each month, and rotate with a couple others. My schedule varies. I typically do not watch her on Tuesdays or weekends. She truly has been a blessing in our lives.
