I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and 12 units of child development coursework, as well as literacy courses. I am also a mother of 2 daughters ages 12 and 2! After babysitting friends children and my own nieces and nephews for 20 years. I’ve recently started doing it for others. My friends and family will tell you that I really like kids and kids really like me. I'm good at crafting, helping with homework, and keeping kids busy away from the screens. In addition to the babies and toddlers I am presently nannying, I currently have three nieces who are 7, a niece who is 10, nephews that are 14 and 18 and nieces that are 20 and 21. So I am familiar with child development from birth to adulthood. What I love about little ones is how fast they learn and they change so much it’s like meeting a new kid every week! If I’ve learned one thing it is that every child is different, every parent is different and clear communication is the key to success.
