This Previous summer I worked at a summer camp where I was in charge of 14 to 16 girls in this position I ran in facilitated activities, provided first aid, solved conflict in the cabin, created meaningful connections with campers, ran craft time, maintained the cleanliness of Camp, and stayed on a schedule.
