Hello! My name is Clara, and I'm currently staying in the NYC area for the fall semester completing an art residency. I am offering child care, animal care, and help with household tasks. I am open to caring for children 3+ years. I usually work part-time at a youth art nonprofit teaching kids 18 months to 12 years of age, and I have also worked with kids as a martial arts instructor and academic tutor. I enjoy spending time with kids making art, reading books, playing music or sports, and cooking together. I come from a big family, but do not have children myself yet! I have helped many of my friends raise wonderful kids over the years. I am comfortable transporting children between school, scheduled activities, and the home. I am CPR and first aid certified through the American Heart Association. For pets, I am open to leash trained dogs up to 100 pounds, all cats, rabbits and other small mammals, ferrets, and reptiles. I am open to puppies and kittens but would prefer to discuss first! In college, I worked several jobs in animal care including vet assisting, dog walking/training, and exotic animal adoption. I am trained in animal first aid and comfortable administering medication including subcutaneous injections. I am also available for errands including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and household management. I am a great cook, home baker, very organized, and a pro at budgeting. I do not have a car while staying in the city but am happy to do errands via public transit. I have a clean driving record if using your car is something that is necessary. I like to say that I am a jack of all trades because I am willing to try anything, and if I like it, I won't stop until I improve. I would like to use my skills to help make your day feel a little easier!
Hello. My name is Anjanette and I'm currently a substitute teacher at various locations across Jersey, and intern as a copywriter in the city. I graduated from ASU summa cum laude in 2019, and had moved to London for grad school in 2019, returning to the states in 2020 due to the uncertainty surrounding covid-19. I am offering child care, senior care, pet care, some household services (housesitting, etc.), and am happy to provide proof of my fingerprint clearance card. I have significant experience in child-care. I have worked in contracted positions with DCS advising parents and supervising visitations in order to determine appropriateness of returned custody. I have been working as a teacher for the past couple of years, and am able to offer tutoring services, specializing in English, Government, Social Studies, Theatre, and Creative Writing. I have twin 13 year old nephews and enjoy finding ways to play and engage their very different personalties (one dirt bikes and is outdoorsy, and one is interested in engineering and video games.) I was a caretaker for my grandmother and am comfortable with general senior care. I'm not a great cook, but I'm happy to errand run, chat, and accompany seniors to events, or just do wellness checks. I am allergic to cats but happy to work with families with dogs-- I am a huge dog lover. My family has always had big dogs, and I have a stubborn little (35 lbs) dog myself named Beckett.
Hello, my name is Jael, my four years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 12 have solidified my commitment to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. I am a warm, dependable, and highly engaged professional nanny with hands-on experience providing full-time care for infants and toddlers. I am currently caring for a 13-month-old child and have been with the same family for six months, supporting his development from infancy into toddlerhood. I am experienced with bottle feeding, transitioning to solid foods, diapering, age-appropriate play, reading, outdoor activities, neighborhood walks, park and pool outings, and educational excursions. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, structured, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and develop with confidence. My professional background as a dancer, choreographer, and educator also allows me to bring creativity, movement, music, and imaginative play into children's daily routines. I am dependable, attentive, organized, comfortable with pets, and happy to assist with child-related household tasks and additional family support as needed. I would love to be considered and learn more about your families needs. I am previously CPR and First Aid certified and am getting renewed before my next position. I have a car, I am comfortable with pets if you have any, and I do not smoke. I am eager to learn more about your family and how I can help your child thrive. I am happy to provide references upon request!
Hi! I’m Denise - a seasoned caregiver with years of experience caring for 10+ nieces and nephews, my own daughter (now off to college 🎓) and countless neighborhood children. With a bit of empty nest syndrome, I’m excited to get back to what I love most: helping kids feel safe and happy while parents enjoy some well-deserved time to themselves. I'm reliable, patient, fun and believe that great childcare should be stress-free for everyone (and yes, I’ve had lots of practice 😉).
A dedicated and highly adaptable Nanny offering 12+ years of professional experience in child development and care, ranging from newborns (infant care/sleep training) to school-aged children (up to 9 years). My philosophy centers on providing a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment tailored to each child's / parent's unique needs. Proactive in integrating into family routines, demonstrating exceptional flexibility with scheduling, routines, and hours. Willing to assist with doctor/dentist appointments, meal prep, laundry, light tidying, and sleep training. Certified in CPR and Pediatric First Aid. I'm genuinely excited to connecting with a new family and starting a rewarding journey together!
