I studied inclusive education and fine arts at Houghton College in western New York. Though my childcare experience started at a young age babysitting, I have worked in professional settings as a nanny and teacher for kids of all ages. Most recently I was a preschool teacher for three years. I am currently working part time as a server on the weekends, but would love to get the chance to work with kids again! I have worked as a nanny and tutor for years, assisting with homework of all subjects. I also have experience with household errands such as cleaning, shopping, and laundry. I have worked with numerous grade levels (K, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7th) in Pennsylvania and South Florida. I currently teach 2nd grade in South Philly. Beyond that, I was previously a babysitter for years while in college, a swim instructor and life guard, and I still hold my CPR/AED certification. I also have up-to-date PA Child Abuse clearances and FBI clearances due to working for the School District. My schedule has me home by 3:00 p.m. every day, and I would love to fill some time helping out some families in the area with any pet, house, or babysitting needs!
