Hi! My name is Irine and I'm a graduate student at Pratt Institute. I'm offering child care and tutoring. I've done childcare work, as well as worked with NYC elementary and middle school students, and in creative summer camp settings. My responsibilities have included helping with homework, making snacks, arts and crafts, creating activities and more.

I have over 8 years of childcare experience across a variety of settings, including nannying, coaching, and working in children’s programming. Most recently, I worked as a Kids Club Attendant at the Four Seasons Orlando, where I design and lead engaging activities and games in a high-energy, luxury environment. I also spent three years working in retail at Walt Disney World, where I focused on creating memorable, engaging experiences for families and children. This strengthened my ability to connect quickly with kids and bring energy and positivity into every interaction. In addition, I have extensive coaching experience with both the Savannah Sharks and Upper Merion Allstars, where I led practices and taught tumbling classes. I also coached a cheer team for children with differing abilities, which was one of the most meaningful parts of my experience. It taught me how to adapt to individual needs, build confidence, and create an inclusive, supportive environment for every child.

Hi, I'm Sydney! I moved to NYC to be an actor and found myself working in several settings with children, including performing in the Bluey X CAMP experience downtown and acting as costume designer/childcare assistant for 3 shows with the Children's Acting Academy. I have several years of experience providing childcare for ages 0-13, and would love to get to know you and your little ones. Because of my background in theatre, I have all kinds of ideas on ways to have fun! I'm also happy to help around the house in any way you may need.

I am an NYC-based teacher, currently teaching 7th grade ELA. Next year, I will be teaching 4th Grade (all subjects). I am NYSED certified in ELA, Theatre, and Elementary Education. In addition to my experience in education, I have worked as a part-time/freelance nanny and child care provider in NYC for over ten years. I have an MA in Educational Theatre from NYU and am certified in CPR, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid. I have also been fingerprinted/background checked by the NYC Department of Education. I am an animal lover with two cats (my former fosters). I grew up around dogs, cats, goats, and llamas and love all animals. In addition to caring for my own bbz, I have many years experience pet-sitting dogs and cats. I am on summer break and open to occasional work. Looking forward to speaking with you!

I have a close relationship with the children in my family and have been involved in caretaking for my younger cousins since my years early in high school (14-15 years old). I've also been responsible for caretaking for my neighbor's dog regularly during the day from 9-7/8 PM and am very comfortable with dogs generally.
