Hi- My name is Leslie and I’m currently a part time childcare provider and student at Hunter College. I have been caring for children since I was 12 years old and absolutely love it, I am easy going and energetic. Those early interactions with kids is what led me to my career path of studying Early Childhood Education and becoming a teacher. In past and present years my responsibilities have been everything from playing with kids, making meals/snacks, diaper changing, taking to various activities, reading to them, helping with homework, light tidying up, school pick ups and a host of other duties. I have worked with all ages ranging from newborns to pre teens and can also offer numerous references on site if that is something that would make any family feel more at ease. My experience with the elderly/seniors is associated with the care of both my grandparents.
