Hi there! Thanks for stopping by :) I’m Jessica, a seasoned childcare provider with 15+ years of experience caring for infants through school-age children across NYC and New Jersey. I’m CPR certified for infants and children, trained in child development, and very familiar with the realities of parenting—from separation anxiety and bedtime routines to big feelings. I’m a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and previously studied fashion design at Pratt Institute. Creativity is central to who I am; I’m always drawing, sewing, or painting. I’ve taught sewing to 3rd–5th graders in after-school programs and led group childcare events through Project Playdate, so I’m comfortable caring for multiple children at once. My experience includes infants and toddlers, children with food allergies, and those with special needs (including Autism and Cerebral Palsy). I’m patient, kind, and respectful of each family’s routines and parenting style. I strive to create a calm, safe, and imaginative environment where children feel seen, supported, and cared for. I look forward to meeting you and your little ones.
“Jessica was great. We would use her again. ”
I’m Ana, an energetic and experienced nanny who is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Transforming everyday playtime into engaging learning adventures is one of my specialties! Whether we’re building magnificent LEGO castles, creating arts and crafts, or designing our own comic books, I believe in making every moment meaningful and memorable. Over the last 9 years as a full-time nanny, I’ve proudly adapted to each family’s unique needs and parenting styles. In addition to my nanny experience, I am also a certified Home Health Aide (HHA), which has strengthened my caregiving skills, patience, attentiveness, and ability to provide compassionate support in a variety of situations. I have experience working with children of all abilities, including children with disabilities, developmental delays, autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges. I am experienced in administering prescribed daily medications, supporting therapeutic routines, and creating an inclusive, understanding, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I strongly believe in helping children develop healthy coping skills, confidence, independence, and emotional regulation through patience, consistency, creativity, and compassion. My priority is always making sure children feel loved, understood, and able to thrive at their own pace. I understand the importance of trust when inviting someone into your home, and I strive to become a reliable extension of your family. I have years of experience working with children ranging from infancy through high school, providing homework help, engaging in creative and educational activities, maintaining structured routines, preparing nutritious meals, and keeping play and learning areas organized and tidy. I’m a quick learner, highly adaptable, and flexible with scheduling, including being available for last-minute bookings when needed. I especially have a soft spot for babies and toddlers and truly love watching them grow, learn, and develop throughout the years. Building lasting bonds with children and families is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I’m excited to connect and discuss how my experience, energy, and passion for childcare can benefit your family :)
“Anna did a wonderful job babysitting my 3-year-old. She was patient, attentive, and made sure my child felt comfortable and happy the entire time. Anna followed instructions well, kept my child engaged with age-appropriate activities, and communicated clearly with me. I felt completely at ease knowing my child was in her care, and I would happily recommend her to other families.”
Hello I'm Erika! I’m a mom of a 5 year old son!The last Children I babysat for called me the best caregiver they've ever had reason being, we always managed to stay active and keep busy by doing arts and crafts playing outside whatever it might be. Previously I worked in a daycare I've always had a passion for watching children! My number one thing is safety keeping your child safe is so important to me I will keep them safe as if their my own! I also like communication to know whats going on and nobody is wondering anything such as checking in once a day or sending a picture to show what were up to during the day! I have various cultural competence skills. If there is anything else you would like to ask please let me know! Thanks!
“She was absolutely wonderful with my three kids (all under 3!), which is no small task. She was warm, patient, and immediately made both me and the kids feel comfortable. She handled everything calmly and confidently, and it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. She’s also very easy to talk to and communicative. We would happily have her back again!”
Hi! I'm Isabelle, am 29 years old and live in NYC. I have an AA in Art and a BA in Politics. I work as a case manager/community organizer at a food pantry on the UES. I used to babysit during college and always enjoyed it which is why I still occasionally enjoy picking up some gigs here or there :) I grew up in Germany with an American mother, a German father, and am the oldest of 4 siblings. I'm fluent in both German and English and have worked with bilingual kids in both a nanny and teaching environment. After graduating from HS in Germany and professionally working in the performing arts growing up, I was interested in working socially with families and kids who were less fortunate/had special needs. In the summer of 2015, I started an art+living project in Germany with kids and families who had fled their countries. In 2016, I became part of a therapeutic horse farm that focused on working with kids with special needs. I was the outdoor teacher and leader of an inclusive forest group consisting of 5-7 children aged 4-10 years old. Upon moving to the USA in 2017, I worked as a teacher at the Seattle Waldorf School and absolutely ❤️ it. In the summer of 2022, I worked with kids in Ukraine+Poland, primarily teaching or working with mothers and babies. I've been working with runaway homeless youth at places such as The Door and The Ali Forney Center for the past several years. Working with kids has always brought me joy and kept me grounded during hectic times. I nannied during undergrad and, while I have experience with children of all age ranges, I have primarily worked with infants and babies during their first year of life. I have experience with night-nannying, sleep training, feeding, and multiples. For those of you with older kids, bedtime routine is no problem either as I have had many longer term after-school gigs as well. I am confident in navigating the city responsibly, including school pick-up, and use of public transit. As a nanny, I'd describe myself as relaxed, punctual, reliable, flexible, confident, reasonable, communicative, consistent and dedicated. I very much enjoy working with families of different backgrounds, and I am absolutely LGBTQ+ family-friendly, being part of one myself. I can provide references and am happy to answer any further questions. I'm vaccinated and CPR trained. ⭐️ When I'm not nannying, I am playing soccer, going for a run, cheering on the WNBA+ NWSL, going out with friends or staying in with my books.
“Isabelle was great. On time, asked thoughtful questions and kept us updated on how our girl was doing. ”
I grew up in a small town in Missouri and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia. I graduated with a degree in Theatre. I am the oldest in my family and took care of my younger brothers, as well as younger cousins, growing up. From age 13 through high school, I babysat for a local family who had six kids all between the ages of 7 and newborn. I taught dance through high school and my first two years of college. I taught 3-5 year olds as well as pre-teens and teenagers. I am happy to help with homework and projects or anything else they may need!
“MK was so lovely and kind. She arrived on time, the kids really enjoyed playing with her and she went above and beyond by even tidying up a bit. Great babysitter, would absolutely hire again!”
