Hello! I am a loving, playful, creative professional Dancer (Ballet, Contemporary, Tango), Teacher, and Part-Time Nanny. I grew up in a family of 6 ( 2nd oldest). I have been a regular part time nanny for multiple families in NYC for the past 9 years. (I am actually still with a family that I met when I first joined Urbansitter- through the birth of their second child and a move!) I strive to provide a loving, peaceful environment, and to nurture all areas of development for these wonderful little humans. In addition to more than a decade of hands on experience, I have been trained in childhood development through movement with Dionne Kamara, and through sensory play with Jennie Monness at Union Square Play. I have since joined the staff there as a Lead Educator and a Co-Creator of the ‘Dance! Play! Ballet!’ curriculum. I base my approach to nannying on the Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and RIE philosophies that I have been exposed to and experienced in my work. I am Infant CPR/First Aid certified.

Hello, My name is Hayley. I received my master’s in occupational therapy, working with both children and adults. In pediatrics, I help with developmental milestones, language skills, and fine/gross motor skills. I’ve worked with clients ages 0-16 years old. I was also a certified ABA therapist for 2 years, working with children with autism, focusing on developing communication, social skills, and life skills. I have background and knowledge on proper positioning, feeding, tummy time, and developmental stages for infants. I have been a child care provider for families for 13 years and have been an Urbansitter for almost 10 years. I am CPR certified (infant CPR certified as well).
