I grew up in a large Haitian family so I've been babysitting for as long as I can remember. When my studies brought me to Hamilton College, I continued to babysit for professors and administrators alike. There I pursued an interdisciplinary major in Genetics & Social Justice with a focus on reproductive health. As part of my major, I got the opportunity to study maternal and child health in the U.S., Vietnam, South Africa, and Argentina. Living and learning in such different environments exposed me to children of all ages and backgrounds and taught me that in the absence of a shared spoken language, games are a universal language that can create a genuine connection with children all over the world. For the past 8 years, I've worked as a private tutor with elementary school-aged children and provided academic support in a variety of subjects. I request a car service home for bookings ending after 8 pm. 3. I am willing to care for sick children as long as they’re not contagious, but please notify me in advance so I can plan accordingly. 4.
