Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I recently graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Psychology & Elementary Education. I am continuing my education next year to earn my master’s degree in Special Education. I have several years of experience working with children through summer camps, tutoring, volunteer programs, and classroom placements. I have worked with children of different ages and abilities, including students with special needs. Responsibilities have included supervising activities, helping with homework, creating fun crafts and games, preparing meals/snacks, and keeping daily routines running smoothly. Families would describe me as patient, caring, responsible, and energetic. I love building positive relationships with children and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel comfortable and engaged. I am also happy to help with light household tasks, organization, meal prep, and pet care.

I was an Au pair in 2023 for a beautiful family in California with two girls aged 4 and 7. I am currently a psychology student with an emphasis on clinical psychology and child psychology. My career has made it easier for me to relate to children, making me completely in love with the profession.
