While in college a volunteered at an underserved after school program, where I established a library and secured grants to expand the program. For infants and toddlers, I am experienced in bottle and meal preparation/feeding, diaper changes, potty training, bath and bedtime routines, and following set schedules. For older children, I have a background in tutoring students from elementary school through college, so I’m happy to help with academic work. I’m also fluent in Spanish and ASL. I have experience caring for children with disabilities and specialized needs. I’m happy to work closely with your family to ensure consistency with therapies, behavioral strategies, sensory needs, medication schedules, and other care plans. I’m CPR/First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, a non-smoker, and I’m committed to providing a safe, reliable, and positive environment for your children. I’m also comfortable with travel, public transportation, overnights and caring for multiple children, including twins and triplets. I also have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record if transportation is needed. While the safety of your family is my top priority, I’m also happy to help with light household tasks, pet care, errands, and other family needs.
