Sabira New York
$25 per hour for 1 child

Hello families! I'm Sabira, your go-to babysitter! Growing up in a bustling house with lots of nieces and nephews aged 6 months to 18 years old has been the best training ground for my passion in childcare. I started my babysitting journey at 17 and I have accumulated experience through various paid babysitting jobs. I can adapt to the unique needs of children from different age groups. Whether it's assisting with homework, playdates, or arts and crafts, l'm here to make every moment memorable. In addition, I have a sister with special needs, so l am well-versed in providing the extra care and attention that special needs children often require. Certified in first aid and CPR, I prioritize safety while ensuring punctuality and fun! Whether it's school pickups, mealtime, or playing, your child's happiness and well-being are always my top priorities. Feel free to reach out—I'm just a message away.

Sonia New York
$20 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I'm Sonia! I am recent college graduate with a BFA in Musical Theatre, and I have a lot of experience working with kids. I started in middle school as a Counselor in Training (CIT) at Girl Scout Camp to learn how to best work with kids and help them thrive. In 2018 I started work as a camp counselor at San Diego Junior Theatre, monitoring/Overseeing up to 20 children at a time (ages 5 - 10), preventing incidents and/or managing and reporting incidents as needed, keeping campers safe and engaged throughout the day, and working well with other counselors to ensure a safe, positive experience for campers and staff. Along with working as a camp counselor, I also have done a lot of babysitting for kids ages 5 and up since highschool. Having a younger sibling, I am proficient in helping with homework and engaging in conversation with children of all ages. I also have experience providing care for children under 5, helping to run childcare at a church that watched the very young children during services. I was a part of a group that provided Anti-Bullying education through theatre to children in schools throughout High School as well, so I can help navigate friendship problems if/when they come up. Along with all of that, I also love to cook and bake and would love to help with food prep if needed! Let me know if you have any questions, and I hope I will be a good fit for you and your family!

Sanne New York
$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in New York, NY

Hi there, I’m Sanne (pronounced like sauna). I live in the west village of manhattan with my dog Beanie! I was laid off in May and am looking for a part time, date night/afternoons position while I look for another job. I’m great with kids and animals, I grew up playing sports so nothing I love more than playing outside! I’m also a big bookworm and will advocate for the library over the TV any day. I believe kids are smarter than we give them credit for and deserve a gentle, care free life. I also love to clean and have no problem helping keep things tidy. So if you’re looking for an extra set of hands, I’m happy to step in!
