I developed curriculum, managed scheduling and instructed every class. I have worked as a nanny for over a decade before having children of my own and now take part-time work. Some of my favorite jobs included two brothers, ages 4 and 11 who enjoyed playing adventure make-believe and basketball, respectively, who I nannied for 3 times a week for about a year before graduating. I also loved my time as a nanny for three brothers, ages 6, 9, and 12 who had packed schedules to keep after school: practicing piano, doing homework and playing soccer outdoors, who I watched for over a year. I was 16 when she was born, and my sister worked full time, so my primary job in high school was to come over after school and take over for my mom and watch my niece for the day, starting when she was a newborn to around 2.5 yrs old at 2-3 times a week for long afternoons until my sister came home.
