Hello! My name is Michel, but everyone calls me Kells. For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Co-Junior Church Leader, where I’ve worked closely with children of all ages. This role has helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while teaching me the importance of patience, encouragement, and creating a safe, positive environment for kids to learn and grow. Working with children on a regular basis has given me valuable experience handling different personalities, resolving conflicts calmly, and being someone they can trust and look up to. In addition to my church experience, I’ve also spent many years helping care for my disabled grandmother. Being one of her caregivers has taught me responsibility, compassion, reliability, and the importance of putting others’ needs first. It has required patience, attention to detail, and a willingness to help with daily tasks while ensuring she was cared for with dignity and respect. These experiences have shaped me into a dependable, caring, and hardworking person. I enjoy helping others, work well with people of all ages, and always strive to bring a positive attitude wherever I go. Whether I’m working with children, supporting those who need extra care, or contributing as part of a team, I take pride in being someone others can rely on.
Hi! My name is Elizabeth, and I’m a 24-year-old dependable, compassionate, and energetic caregiver with over 12 years of childcare experience. I began babysitting when I was 12 years old and have had the opportunity to care for children of all ages, from infants and toddlers to older children. I also have experience caring for a child with autism, which has strengthened my patience, understanding, and ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs. I genuinely love working with children and strive to create a safe, loving, and fun environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I enjoy engaging kids through creative play, outdoor activities, reading, arts and crafts, educational games, and age-appropriate learning experiences. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families through kindness, consistency, and open communication. In addition to childcare, I have three years of experience dog sitting for my sister, ensuring her pets were well cared for, exercised, fed, and loved while she was away. I also have experience house sitting for a three-week period, where I responsibly maintained the home, cared for the property, and handled daily tasks. These experiences have strengthened my reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail. I’m comfortable with pets and happy to help care for them as part of your family’s routine. I’m highly organized, responsible, and dependable. I can assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, maintaining daily routines, diaper changes, potty training support, bedtime routines, homework help, and transportation when needed. I have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, making it easy to assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups, appointments, extracurricular activities, or outings. Families describe me as patient, trustworthy, nurturing, and dependable. I treat every child with the same love, respect, and attention I would want for my own family. My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind, knowing their children are in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Highlights * Over 12 years of babysitting experience * Experience with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children * Experience caring for a child with autism * Three years of dog-sitting experience * Three weeks of house-sitting experience * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Comfortable caring for pets * Patient, compassi
Hello! My name is Vaile. I am a sophomore at Miami University studying Primary Education with Minors in Finance and Event Planning. I hope to become a 2nd grade teacher when I graduate. I am on the Water Polo team, and am also in a Sorority. When I am not involved with these extracurriculars, I enjoy scrapbooking and making crafts. Prior to college, I played soccer and was on a swim team. I provided swim lessons for 2-15 year-olds, and also served as a lifeguard. I am in the process of re-certifying in CPR and First Aid. I have a lot of fun ideas for craft projects as well as other at-home activities, depending on your children’s interests. I would also love to help your little ones learn how to swim! My junior and senior year of high school I had an internship with my local elementary where I worked with many diverse learners. I have my teaching assistant certification (ParaPro) from this program. I have also spent many years volunteering at my church with toddlers. I am looking forward to continuing to expand my experience with children of all ages as this is my passion. Any additional time I spend with children now will help me become a better teacher and mother one day.
“Vaile was excellent! She connected with us days prior to see what our son liked and to get to know us. She arrived on time and was amazing with our son. He had a great time and spoke highly of Vaile the next day”
I worked at a daycare with age 7 month to a year and half, for a few months just while i was in between jobs and school. I LOVED it. wish I could’ve stayed, just did not pay enough. I am not in school, I do drive, and I honestly love to clean while the kids are sleep. so if housework/errands are needed don’t be afraid to ask :) I can cook and semi tutor ( excluding math, my worst subject ) but can always give it a try! I love going outside, doing actives for the season, and cooking
