Hello! I’m Sierra. I currently work as a realtor in West Linn for Matin Real Estate but prior to this work, I worked in social services for a decade. I worked primarily as a vocational counselor helping individuals with their careers whom have a disability, injury, or mental health condition. I’ve also done medical case management, worked with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, and volunteered in the big brothers big sisters program to mentor youth. I have for many years taken care of my younger siblings from the time they were born up through teenage years. I also nanny for a friend who has a 5 year old child regularly as well. My education is a BA in Psychology and MPA degree. I am an excellent communicator, organized, thoughtful, and kind. With my education background, I am comfortable tutoring children and teenagers as I graduated with honors both in undergrad and graduate school and have taken challenging classes in a wide variety of studies. Stay at home Mom of two kids. One 8-year-old and a 1-year-old. Very active and hands-on with at home creativity and learning projects. Very patient. Very attentive to children and their needs. I value structure and a routine to help the children get everything they need throughout the day from learning to play to nap times. I try not to encourage screen time and would much rather have them play outside or do arts and crafts. Very loving and kind to pets as well. I've had pets my whole life and having to care for them as well as work in a veterinarian clinic.
