Hi I’m Andrea! I am a responsible and caring babysitter with hands-on experience working with children through a school child development program. I have two years of experience supporting children’s growth, safety, and daily routines, including working with children with special needs. I have also volunteered as a camp leader, supervising a group of five children, organizing engaging activities, and managing daily schedules from morning wake-ups to bedtime. In addition, I am a certified medical assistant with current BLS certification, as well as adult and pediatric CPR and First Aid training. I have volunteered in elementary school settings and am confident in creating a safe, structured, and positive environment for children of all ages. I have current First Aid and CPR. For children, I m a grandmother and enjoy the ages and stages. I am able to help with homework, basic meal preparation. Problem solving and accountability. As a female, infants are something we deal with off snd on throughout life. For seniors, I m a friend and assistant. I have cared for a husband who was down for 4 years. Mostly looking to provide respite care. Or 1-2 half days/ week. Housekeeping and meal preparation as needed. Prefer cats over dogs, due to size and rambunctious nature. Hi! After successfully completing my time in the Navy, I'm currently working as a Field Service Engineer at a tech company but want to save more money for college and law school. Growing up, I took care of my sister off and on while my parents were out. When I turned 15, I started working as a lifeguard at my hometown's water park. And when I was 19, I worked for 6 months as a lifeguard at Disney World's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Contemporary Resort. I have spent most of my life taking care of kids and keeping them entertained but safe. I really enjoyed that work and hope I can achieve that again for you and your child.
