I am a mother of 3. my daughter is 18 and my son is 6 and my other daughter is 2. my parents did foster care when I was younger, so I was exposed to all sorts of people and kids. I babysat for years, worked at a daycare and helped with many kids programs in my area and community. I love to be silly and creative.

My childcare journey began at 12, babysitting in my church nursery, but it was my younger brother’s birth when I was 13 that truly ignited my passion for caring for little ones. Helping raise him next to a hard working single mother showed me how much I love nurturing and guiding children through their early years. Since then, I’ve gained over ten years of experience as a nanny, overnight caregiver, home manager, and preschool teacher. I’ve also worked as a professionally trained doula, further deepening my understanding of child development and family support. Hello 😊! My name is Jaclyn I am brand new to UrbanSitter! I am a 21 year old mom to my first child. I have lots of experience with handling baby’s and toddlers from many ages! I come from a big family of 13! So I enjoy everything from taking care of kids to taking care of pets/animals. In addition, I do have a nonnegotiable for having to bring my child with me. She is a very sweet three month old baby who mostly sleeps all day and would not interfere with me taking care of/ watching over your child. I used to be full time associate at In n Out Burger in Keizer! I am very used to and can handle chaotic environments. They do not bother me in the slightest! But since having my baby girl I am needing to drop down to part time and or hoping to quit soon, sticking to just babysitting/part time nanny. Qualifications: Child care experience CPR certified Food handlers permit With me I also will always do house cleaning that comes with NO extra charge! :) I believe it should be a basic requirement for when being a babysitter/nanny. I know how relaxing it can be to come to a clean home! Side note: please be specific with me if you would NOT like me to clean a place in the home or would prefer me to leave stuff alone! :)

Hi! After successfully completing my time in the Navy, I'm currently working as a Field Service Engineer at a tech company but want to save more money for college and law school. Growing up, I took care of my sister off and on while my parents were out. When I turned 15, I started working as a lifeguard at my hometown's water park. And when I was 19, I worked for 6 months as a lifeguard at Disney World's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Contemporary Resort. I have spent most of my life taking care of kids and keeping them entertained but safe. I really enjoyed that work and hope I can achieve that again for you and your child.
