My name is Roslyn, and I go by Roz for short. I have over 12 years of experience in childcare and hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification in Early Childhood Education. I currently provide nurturing childcare services that include age-appropriate learning activities, creative play, music and arts enrichment, storytelling, homework help, and tutoring support in a safe and encouraging environment. I also teach Spanish to toddlers and pre-K students with O’Neil Language Academy, where I introduce early language skills through songs, movement, and interactive lessons designed to keep young learners engaged. In addition, I offer tutoring services for children who need extra academic support, focusing on building confidence and foundational skills at their own pace. Outside of childcare and education, I am a freelance musician based in Nashville. I play saxophone and sing, and I enjoy incorporating music into learning whenever appropriate. My hobbies include baking, dancing, and learning new languages. I speak a little Spanish and am always eager to continue learning. I am creative, active, and truly enjoy teaching children while learning from them in return.

I grew up in the south, specifically Northeast Georgia in a small town called Clayton, Ga. I have babysat since I was 13. Furthermore, I am very outdoor driven and I love sports. Additionally, I love watching movies and cooking. In February 2023, I got CPR AED certified for babies, infants, pregnant women, and the elderly. Summer 2023, I babysat in NYC for a couple families. This May, I'm graduated from Sewanee, University of the South with a BS in Psychology! This summer I worked with two families. In August, I was a travel nanny in Martha's Vineyard for a family from Brooklyn.

Childcare: I am certified in infant and child CPR. I have cleared criminal and credit checks to provide childcare in Tennessee.. I have school setting, daycare and home nanny experience. I have birth to 18 experience. I have worked with autistic children. I can provide references. Cleaning: I have done both residential and medical setting cleaning. I am a KonMari trained organizer. I offer pre and post holiday clean ups.
