I have been working professionally with children for over 9 years and have babysat children between the ages of 1 month and 13 years. I have experience with date night sitting, and morning and after school pick up. Responsibilities include travel to and from after school activities, indoor and outdoor play time, meal preparation, homework help, bath time supervision and help, and bedtime supervision. Regarding infants and toddlers, there were additional responsibilities such as feeding and burping, diaper changing, and safely putting the infant to sleep. I also completed light household chores, such as putting away leftover toys and organizing play spaces, cooking, washing dishes, sweeping floors, and cleaning the kitchen and dining area. I have overseen children during play dates and birthday parties, and am comfortable with babysitting multiple children at once. I have cared for dogs and cats for both short term (1-2 days) and long term (7+ days) periods, and can care for your pets while babysitting if needed, as well as when you are away from home.
