I'm a funny bubbly person, who loves kids. Ever since I was a little kid probably about five or six, my friends grandma said that I would end up working with kids, because at all the gatherings we went to I would always end up taking care of the younger kids. I have about ten years of experience babysitting kids that aren't my younger siblings or cousins. I have babysat kids of all different types of personalities and ages.
“Lesleigh arrived early and was very attentive. ”
From a young age, I knew I had a heart for care. My journey into caregiving began in early childhood education, where I worked with infants and toddlers, nurturing their development during their most formative years. I quickly discovered a deep sense of purpose in creating safe, warm environments that supported not only physical care but emotional connection as well. As my experience grew, I was drawn to working with children on the autism spectrum. I took specialized training to better understand their unique needs and communication styles, and I found joy in celebrating every small milestone—whether it was a new word, a smile, or a moment of connection. My approach has always been patient, compassionate, and grounded in building trust. Alongside my work in childcare, I also found myself gravitating toward seniors care. Supporting elderly individuals—especially those facing isolation, dementia, or limited mobility—gave me the chance to offer dignity, companionship, and meaningful daily interactions. I’ve learned that caregiving at both ends of life’s spectrum requires many of the same values: empathy, patience, respect, and a willingness to truly listen. With years of hands-on experience across generations, I’ve come to appreciate the deep rewards of caregiving. Each person—whether a baby, a child with autism, or a senior—deserves to feel seen, safe, and valued. And for me, being able to provide that care is more than a job; it’s a calling.
Hello! My name is Peyton and I would love to work with your family! I am a certified nursing assistant and am CPR/BLS certified. I currently work at a hospital part time and am looking for an extra part time/PRN job. I am often told that my personality is very bubbly! I enjoy spending time with and caring for my cousins(aged 1-5 years old) and love being around kids, pets, and elderly! I have worked in the hospital for 1 year and was in the nursing home before, therefore I am quite experienced with elderly. My main experience with children, infants, and babies comes from caring for my younger family members but I’d love to help your family as well! I work 12 hour day and night shifts at the hospital so I don’t mind coming in extra early, staying extra late, or even watching your loved one over night! If you have any questions please let me know, I can’t wait to meet your family!
