Hello! my name is Yuridia but I go by the nick name of yuri. I am an 18 year old high school senior and am in the graduating class of ‘26. For the last 5 years I have been a full time care giver for my youngest brother. He is currently 5 years old and attends preschool, I put him to sleep, take him to school, feed him and care for him as if I was his mother. I enjoy babysitting and take the job very seriously. In the past I have also cared for close relatives children, along with dog sitting for multiple family friends. I have a deep care for children and animals and have been told in the past that I have great paciente. My responsibility currently include taking care of my 3 siblings, a 5 year old, 13 year old and 15 year old. Along with school and soccer! I am open to any children ages as well as any dogs/cats. My schedule may vary in flexibility but I am always open to new things.
Hello! I am currently a fourth year medical student in San Antonio. I have 7+ years of babysitting experience. I also led science activities for elementary school aged students for 3 years and studied child development. I love taking care of kids. I am very patient, detail-oriented, and I would like to think fun! I also have dog-sit and cat-sit for 7 years now and used to work in a veterinary emergency room for 2 years. I used to have two cats myself and now I have one dog. I also am CPR certified.
From a young age, I knew I had a heart for care. My journey into caregiving began in early childhood education, where I worked with infants and toddlers, nurturing their development during their most formative years. I quickly discovered a deep sense of purpose in creating safe, warm environments that supported not only physical care but emotional connection as well. As my experience grew, I was drawn to working with children on the autism spectrum. I took specialized training to better understand their unique needs and communication styles, and I found joy in celebrating every small milestone—whether it was a new word, a smile, or a moment of connection. My approach has always been patient, compassionate, and grounded in building trust. Alongside my work in childcare, I also found myself gravitating toward seniors care. Supporting elderly individuals—especially those facing isolation, dementia, or limited mobility—gave me the chance to offer dignity, companionship, and meaningful daily interactions. I’ve learned that caregiving at both ends of life’s spectrum requires many of the same values: empathy, patience, respect, and a willingness to truly listen. With years of hands-on experience across generations, I’ve come to appreciate the deep rewards of caregiving. Each person—whether a baby, a child with autism, or a senior—deserves to feel seen, safe, and valued. And for me, being able to provide that care is more than a job; it’s a calling.
I truly enjoy working with children and helping them learn, grow, and explore the world around them in a safe and nurturing environment. I’m 23 years old and have six years of experience working with kids, which has helped me develop strong patience, creativity, and communication skills. I love spending quality time with my family, and I bring that same warmth and positive energy into my caregiving. I’m also an animal lover and feel comfortable around pets, which helps create a caring and welcoming atmosphere in any home. I recently moved to Texas from California, where I worked in a toddler classroom at a Spanish immersion Montessori school. That experience strengthened my knowledge of child development and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play.
Hello! My name is Addie! I am currently attending UTSA and working on my bachelor's degree in psychology. I’m going on my 4th year of working with kids. I have experience in babysitting, day summer camps, and overnight camps. I am patient, creative, and driven. My passion is working with kids! I love teaching and learning from kids and plan on pursuing this as a social worker. Not only am I looking to forward to creating a strong bond with children but a bond with the parents too. I am here to offer an extra supporting hand whether that is looking over your kiddos or helping cook, clean, run errands, etc.
