Experience: 1. Worked as a Nanny for 3 year old and 5 year old for 7 months 2. After Care Counselor for kindergardeners to 8th graders for 4 years 3. Substitute Teacher for Preschool age to 8th graders for 4 years 4. Part time Preschool Teacher for 2 months (This was supposed to be a part time position as an art teacher for the little ones but I was given a position as a morning preschool teacher to help out) 5. Pet sitter for all animal (Except snake) for 6 years Qualifications: 1. Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certified 2. Medication Administation Training (MAT) Certified About me: I love learning and teaching. I have a ton of little cousins so I was the babysitter in my family growing up and have always been around kids of all ages, which is what got me into childcare in the beginning. Patients is key, in my opinion, and anything can be taught with both patients and determination. I grew up playing many different sports and think exercise is important but I my passion is reading and I love doing read alouds with the kids. It can surprise people how much some of the older kids appreciate being read to.

I’m an experienced, energetic and responsible young adult woman. I love kids and have experience both in house babysitting 2 young girls over 5 years, as well as working in a performance training facility with the youth group of ages 3-15 years old. I have loved teaching young girls and boys to move their bodies safely & efficiently and know how to keep them busy. I’ve worked with both disabled, hyperactive, and the overly shy kids.
