Hi there! My name is Diana, and I have 12 years experience in childcare, I've worked with kids from newborns to high-school age. I was an Au Pair for one year and a half and I had the opportunity to work with kids of different ages, not only that, but I also have experience doing overnight and date-night sitting. I have taken the CPR and first AID course, because it was a requirement to be an Au Pair. My connection with children has always been great. I love working with them, and we always have a blast. Not only I do enjoy reading with children, but I love activities outside, go to the park or to a local library, making up fun games - whether it be a puppet show or hide-and-seek and I like cooking as well. What will I do with your children? It depends on them and what they like to do. What I will tell you is that I will work to keep them busy and constantly engaged. Sometimes it's great to stay at home, build a fort, bake some goodies, and have a movie day. However, sometimes it's great to go outside and take the train or drive to different parts of the city and visit every park you pass, local libraries or museums. Hello! My name is Lisa and I am 26 years old. I have been working on and off as a nanny and house manager since I graduated high school about 8 years ago. I have had a lot of experience being around children since I was young because my mother had an at-home daycare for 15 years. I helped along side my mom with many of the kids ranging in age from 10 weeks old to about 12 years old. Along with that I also have babysat for many families for the past 12 years. I would say most of my experience is with toddlers but I've also watched after kids up to the age of 15. I have done extended overnight stays(up to 2 weeks), vacationing with families and have experience driving to and from school, friends houses, or sports practice. I’ve also helped families with groceries, meal prep, household chores, doctors appointments and other miscellaneous errands. I have had my license for 10 years now and have a clean record. No accidents or tickets. I have my own car and insurance. Some activities I enjoy doing with kids are reading books, playing at parks or just outside, coloring, helping with homework, playing with Legos or just toys in general, and doing arts and crafts. Before the pandemic, I also worked at a children's gymnastics gym and play-place for a few months before the location I worked at sadly had to close down due to COVID. While there I learned some developmental activities for the kids I specialized with. The age group I focused on while there ranged in age from 14 weeks up to about 4 years old. I’m also fully vaccinated and adult and infant CPR and first aid certified.
