From my EMT experience, l have gained experience in caring for various ages and for people with disabilities. I have had the opportunity to volunteer at a childcare center for 2 years. Caring for infants-school age children. My role included preparing snacks/meals, creating engaging activities for the kids, and assisting with homework/school projects. I'm a compassionate and dedicated nanny with 2 years of experience working with children of various ages, ranging from infant to 8 years. During my senior year of high school over the weekends I cared for a very artsy, and outgoing girl who enjoyed nature walks and coloring in color books. We often spent our time reading, playing different games, and conversing with each other. I ensured she was washed, feed, and in bed on time. I enjoy babysitting because it's fun and keeps me on my toes as well as provides me with life skills such as responsibility and patience. Furthermore it's a rewarding way to earn money. Hi! My name is Jack, I am 23 years old and born and raised in Seattle. I want to become a music teacher and in the winter will begin my classes for a teaching degree. Right now I am offering childcare, pet care, and house sitting. I am an older brother of a little sister and a baby brother so I’ve been watching kids and babysitting since I was 12. Outside of my own family, I babysat through high school, including large groups of kids (group of 6 kids all under 13yo) and have experience working with kids professionally in the Seattle public system and briefly at a public middle school in Oakland CA. I also love pets! If you have any furry friends who need some attention I have lots of experience with cats and dogs. I have fostered kittens and older cats including behaviorally challenged cats. I have experience with large breeds as my family owns a Rottweiler, and I have experience dog sitting behaviorally challenged dogs as well.
