Hello, my name is Lisa (AnnaLisa). I'm an experienced, reliable, and fun caregiver looking for further opportunities to continue working with families. My B.A. degrees from UC Santa Barbara in Psychology & Communications with a focus on child development pushes me to positively change the lives of children. I have been a caregiver of newborns to teenagers for 19+ years in a variety of environments: schools, babysitting, daycare facilities, community centers and nannying. I transitioned to be a Kindergarten teacher for a pod group supporting virtual learning during the pandemic. In 2021, I moved to Seattle in a new field as a Project Manager for a brand marketing company, and looking to stay to my roots by caring for families in my free time. I was previously the Head Coach for Girls Leading Girls soccer non-profit that focuses on life skills through sports. Through the years my concentration has been in three main areas: skills development, leadership training and character building. I am trained CPR/First Aid certified from my time as a Swim Instructor at the JCC. In my free time I enjoy crafting, cooking, yoga, writing, boxing, pickleball, and being out in the sun. My life passions are demonstrated by world travels, giant library of books, and long history working with children of all ages (newborn - early teens).

I have experience babysitting children ranging from 18 months up to 13 years, including kids with ADHD and ASD. I'm a pretty calm and easygoing guy, and always make an effort to connect with the kids I care for. I’m a pretty active person and like to get the kids outside when I can. Lava monster is a favorite when we go to the playground. While I personally default to physical activities, I'm prepared to take what the day gives me and have enjoyed many evenings learning about new board games or chatting about Minecraft or Roblox. I am comfortable with pets as well. I often appreciate their company in the evenings, especially if they like to be pet. P.S.
