I then began working in the school system. I currently work as a certified behavior technician in Pierce county schools. As a caretaker, I love creating a calm, playful, and creative environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, express themselves, and build independence at their own pace. I believe meaningful growth happens through everyday experiences—spending time outdoors, connecting with the community, trying new things, being creative, and having a trusted adult nearby to offer encouragement and support. I am trauma-informed, BT, BLS- and CPR-certified. I bring patience, compassion, and thoughtful care to every family I work with. Although my professional background as a Certified Behavior Technician informs the care I provide, I do not offer CBT or any other in-home behavioral therapy or services through this platform or any other. When caring for your family member, I am working specifically in the role of a nanny or caretaker. I simply draw on my experience and training to provide informed, compassionate, and attentive care. My current availability is Monday and Wednesday 3:30-12:00am, Fridays beginning at 1:45 p.m., and all day Saturdays and Sundays.
