Hello! My name is Radiya and I am a college student studying Biomedical Science. I’m also an avid baker and food enthusiast! I grew up as the youngest sibling for almost thirteen years until my little brother was finally born. Since my older siblings were in college and very busy and both of my parents were employed, I shared responsibilities of taking care of my younger brother since high school. I also have an abundant amount of younger cousins that I would babysit so I’ve grown up around children my whole life and am very comfortable caring for kids of all ages. I have two cats at home so I am experienced with feeding cats, cleaning litters, etc. I don’t have much experience with dogs, but as long as they gets to know me and are relatively calm, I don’t mind being in the company of any dogs!

Hi, I’m originally from New York but I’ve lived in the Seattle area for over 24 years. I have a background in early childhood education and have worked previously as a preschool teacher with children ages 2.5-7 years old. I’m passionate about many different educational philosophies and taught primarily in a Montessori inspired classroom. I have a love of reading especially children’s literature and I have experience working in a library specifically in the children’s section. In addition to my teaching experiences I’ve also worked for many years at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in Duvall, WA as a volunteer in lessons with children.
