I spent three years as a teacher's aide working with infants through pre-school aged children, and I'm also a proud aunt who helps babysit my three nephews and niece. For the past 4 years, I've worked as a wellness educator supporting children, teens, and older adults so caregiving across the lifespan is second nature to me. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's in Mental Health and Wellness with a focus on family dynamics, and I'm a certified personal trainer. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring safety is always a top priority.
