Hi! My name is Tori Lawson, I am 20 years old and I am going into my senior year at the University of Alabama. I am going back to school on August 14th so I am completely available until then. I have experience babysitting my younger cousins, I have been babysitting them since I was 13 years old. I also worked as a counselor for a summer camp. There, I was taking care of children ages 3-14, while mainly focusing on children ages 6-10. I am absolutely a dog lover!! I have a small shish tzu at home, but am very comfortable with dogs of any size and age! I also take care of my sister’s cats when she is away from home so I would be comfortable helping out with cats as well. I do not have any experience in senior caretaking, however I would love to help out with driving to appointments, cooking dinner, or other tasks the job may require. I am also happy to work as a household assistant with cooking, cleaning, or whatever you might need!! One thing to know about me is that I am currently majoring in psychology, as well as minoring in sociology and neuroscience. I plan to continue my education and pursue a career in child psychology, where I will be able to help children work through problems and guide them to a better future for themselves.

Hi, my name is Divine. I am a 23-year-old college student at the University of Connecticut, majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. I am bilingual and speak both French and English, which has helped me connect easily with children and families from diverse backgrounds. I grew up in a large family, where I regularly cared for my younger siblings and cousins. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment for children. In addition, I worked at an elementary school for four months as part of a Lighthouse Program, where I supported and supervised children in a structured school setting. This experience strengthened my ability to work with kids in both educational and recreational environments. I am comfortable with cooking, cleaning, and assisting with household tasks. I also have a valid driver’s license and can help with transportation when needed. I enjoy engaging children in creative activities such as painting, as well as simple and fun hairstyling.
