Hi, my name is Rashema and I’m currently working in healthcare in a patient care setting. I am offering childcare, and household services. I love working with children and have been working with them (infants, toddlers and teenagers) since I was 14 years old, in both professional and personal settings. My responsibilities have included at home babysitting, helping with homework, etc. I’ve worked at a daycare, briefly worked as an Registered Behavioral Technician where I worked 1 on 1 with a child with autism, and I have worked in patient with teenage girls who struggle with eating disorders. I am not allergic to any pets so I am open and able to work with families with pets! (I had 2 pairs of birds as pets when I was younger).

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work with a certification in trauma. I currently work as a clinical social worker at Boston Medical Center, and caring for others has always been at the center of my life. I began working with children at 16 in a small daycare in East Boston, where I am originally from. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with infants, toddlers, and children of different ages.
