Hi! My name is Hailey and I’ve been babysitting for 8 years, I volunteered at vacation bible school for 2 years, I worked at a gym daycare for 2 years, and I nannied for 1 year. I’m also currently in college working towards my bachelors degree to become a kindergarten teacher. I’m CPR, First Aid, and AED trained and certified too in infant, child, and adult. Hi, I am a very fun, upbeat, creative person. Since I was little, I have wanted to become an elementary school teacher. I am currently studying Elementary Education at UNT and have a ton of experience working with children. I have been a coach at a cheer and gymnastics gym, called Express Cheers for 4 years in Frisco with training in CPR and First Aid. In high school, I had the ability to student teach elementary school for two years through their education program. Additionally, I have babysat family and friends since I was 15. I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember and began midwifery school this January as my interest grew into Holistic Maternal Health and Midwifery care over the last couple of years. The first couple of months solidified my path, though I find myself needing to pause my education to save money for finishing school. I believe firmly in working toward a society which dignifies the lives, needs, and natural processes of both mother and child during life’s early stages.
