I have experience working with ages 2-year-olds to 13 years old. I have been babysitting for 6-7 years now. I have reliable transportation and love to take kids to the park, on walks, etc. I also love playing with the kids and doing different activities like playing with toys, drawing, crafts, and more! I am able to tidy up the house if needed as well as prepare snacks or meals for kids. I will be doing student teaching in the Puyallup area starting Sept 1st! Hi, my name is Renatha, I'm 29 and I'm from Brazil. I've been here in the US for almost 7 years. I have a 3yo girl and a 18mo boy. I can either bring one of them as a playmate or they can stay at home with grandma. When taking care of kids I like playing and interacting with them, reading books and sometimes I try to teach some Portuguese. Arts and crafts is usually their favorite, along with going to a playground nearby.. I like letting the kids explore and have fun, even if that means they get a little dirty (of course, with the families that are okay with that). My favorite thing to do is hiking and learning about plants. Every hike I bring along my plants book and I always find something interesting and new. I've learned some plants are eatable, some are medicinal and some are poisonous. Now I know which plants to stay away and which to have it around. My favorite hike was an amazing 3 day hike, 37 miles round trip to a blue glacier right in the middle of the Olympic national forest. That was amazing! *** I do have a bad review, I had to cancel short notice. My car was just not starting and jumping didn't help it. Since then I've got it fixed and I have no more problems with it. ***

I’m a current CNA who was licensed six years ago. I’m also a student in the RN program. Additionally, I’ve been working as a substitute Para Educator at schools from elementary to high school. Since the New Year of 2024, I’ve gained valuable experience and was promoted to an official unlicensed Behavioral Technician. Growing up in a family of seven, with myself being the second oldest, I had ample experience babysitting my siblings. I’ve also nannied for friends and family for quite some time now. I decided to give UrbanSitter a try because my job as a behavioral technician won’t be necessary during the summer when kids won’t be in school, and I’ll still be available as a substitute.
