I have four years of experience in childcare, beginning as an infant teacher and quickly discovering my passion for working with toddlers. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I currently work full-time, Monday through Friday, with children aged 12-36 months. My approach to childcare is rooted in high energy, attentiveness, and compassion, ensuring that I care for each child as if they were my own. In addition to my full-time role, I provide childcare during weekends, holidays, and other times when traditional daycare services may be unavailable. This flexibility comes from my understanding of the ongoing need for quality care beyond standard hours. I have experience working with children with behavioral challenges and those on the autism spectrum. My philosophy in childcare is a gentle but firm approach. I believe in setting clear boundaries and expectations while maintaining a calm and nurturing environment, just as I would want for my own child.
