Hi there, my name is Andrew! I am a 3rd year nursing student at the University of Pittsburgh who hopes to work as a neonatal or pediatric nurse. My expertise is particularly focused towards caring for newborns and infants. Children bring so much joy into our lives and safety is my upmost priority. I have 2 years of previous work experience as a babysitter as well as 1 year of inpatient hospital experience in the postpartum unit and newborn nursery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I am comfortable with nightshift work, twins, and medically complex infants/kids. As part of my nursing education I am trained in adult and senior care as well. As a requirement for my work I have been cleared by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services for work with children. The Pennsylvania State Police have attested that I do not have a criminal record.
