$26 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Alameda, CA

Hi! My name is Jazmyne Lawson resided in Fremont Ca. I’m a dependable, caring, and patient caregiver with experience working with children with all abilities. I am also CPR/FIRST AID certified and caregiving certified. I previously worked at Happy Faces Daycare, where I cared for children ages 2–14, including children with disabilities. Overall I am the oldest in my family with younger cousins and 3 younger siblings . My responsibilities included supervising daily activities, helping with learning and play, maintaining a safe environment, and providing compassionate, individualized care. I also have one year of experience as a dog sitter, so I’m comfortable caring for pets as well. Families can count on me to be reliable, attentive, and dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and positive experience for both children and pets. I look forward to supporting your family’s needs!

I booked Jazmyne to pick my nephew up from school and watch him until my friend got home. She was so great with him, very playful, engaging, very kind and attentive to his needs. There was an incident at pick up where the backpacks were mixed up with another kid and the house keys were misplaced, she handled the situation incredibly well. She was able to communicate with the ladies at afterschool to reach out to the other kids parents and she waited patiently for them to return the backpack while keeping my nephew entertained. She let us know what was going on as soon as she had proactively handled it, leaving us nothing to stress about. She was also very diligent with his peanut allergy and double checked every label in home to confirm there would be no cross contact happening. She’s extremely trustworthy and as soon as she left my nephew said how much he missed her and can’t wait for her to come back again. Hiring her was the best choice and I’m looking forward to booking with her again!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
