A typical day with a baby includes breakfast, a bottle before the morning nap, lunch with solid foods, and another bottle before the afternoon nap. I also make it a priority to get outside every day - whether it’s going to the park or library for story time - so they can get fresh air, build social skills, and interact with other children.
