Cancellations within 24 hours/same day require 100% of pay. *Applies to last-minute bookings and sick days as well* -Minimum of 4 hours per booking. (Trial runs excluded for this). -Full time of booking must be payed for, even if you come home early. -Please text me immediately if running late. Communication is key. I allow a 10-min grace period. After that, a fee of $1/minute applies, retroactive to the end time. Extensions are not guaranteed due to prior commitments. -Family shares (children from different families) are billed at a different rate. -For jobs over 40+ minutes away, I ask to be reimbursed for travel time. -I do not provide transportation with my personal vehicle but I’m happy to drive the guardian/parents car if needed. -I respect your family’s privacy. I will never post photos or videos of your children on social media or share them with others. -I am happy to clean up after any activities we do and wash the dishes we use during the shift. I do not provide heavy household cleaning, deep scrubbing, or general family laundry. -I do not care for sick children to protect myself and other children I take care of.
