Hi families! I’m originally from Pasadena and now living in North Hollywood. I’ve spent the last few years as a third-grade teacher in Burbank, and I’m currently taking some time away from the classroom to focus on personal projects and plan my wedding with my partner of 8 wonderful years! I hold degrees in Science and Art, along with a Master’s in Education—so I’m well-prepared to help with homework and offer tutoring in a variety of subjects. I genuinely love supporting kids as they grow, learn, and gain confidence. As an artist, I’ve worked with all kinds of materials—from clay and collage to painting and stained glass. I’m always excited to bring creativity into my time with kids, whether that means getting messy with an art project or exploring the outdoors. I’m also a UC-certified Master Gardener and have taught gardening classes in Altadena—I'd love to share that hands-on knowledge with your little ones, too! At home, I’m a proud cat, lizard, and fish mom, so I’m more than comfortable with pets. I’m also passionate about cooking (mostly plant-based!) and am happy to help with meal prep, light cooking, and tidying up around the house—just say the word.
