I've been babysitting since I was 14 years old and love any opportunity to be around children. Anyone who knows me can confirm my love for them. I' m hoping to start my own daycare after college . I come from a single mother and 3 siblings but a large extended family and I can' t wait to start my own. Someday! I am interested in starting soon as possible. I' ll make sure we have a very fun day, everyday! I remember being a kid and being babysat by my grandma and she always made sure we didn't sit inside and rot in front of the TV all day. I am a mother of 3 boys; my oldest is now 18 years old and my youngest are twin 13 year old boys. To say that I have experience with children would be an extreme understatement. I am trying to return to the general workforce but since I primarily have experience in the medical field with extensive medical experience I was hoping that childcare would be a good entryway. I am very responsible and I come with a unique ability to communicate with children in a manner that they are comfortable with (non-condescending). I am also a returning English Literature student hoping to eventually become a English Literature Professor at the University level.

I grew up in a home with an at home daycare run by my mom, so caring for children has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve babysat consistently throughout my life and currently teach Sunday school, which has helped me develop patience, strong communication, and a genuine love for working with kids of all ages. I truly love children, and my top priority is making sure parents feel comfortable, confident, and at ease when their kids are in my care. I’m dependable, attentive, and I’m comfortable handling routines like meals, playtime, homework, and bedtime while following each family’s preferences. I also have experience house sitting and dog sitting. I understand the importance of being respectful and organized in someone’s home. I take pride in being reliable and creating a safe, positive environment for both children and families.
