Hello! My name is Korea and I am 37 years old. I was born and raised in Fresno, California, and I’m the eldest of seven children. From a young age, I played a major role in helping my parents with caregiving and family support. I have a younger brother diagnosed with Spina Bifida, which gave me early experience assisting with activities of daily living. I also have another younger brother diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes, and I helped with monitoring blood sugar levels and administering insulin. While living in Fresno, I worked as a Tutor with the Teaching Fellows Foundation, supporting elementary students in grades 1 through 6. I also helped with creative enrichment activities including cooking, gardening, and hands-on learning projects. During my time at Birney Elementary, I was honored to receive Employee of the Month. In 2015, I moved to Long Beach, CA, and began working with the W.R.A.P. Program through the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach. I supported students through tutoring, structure, and behavior reinforcement, and worked with children who needed extra guidance and patience. I worked at both Nelson Academy and Jackie Robinson Academy, and during my time at Nelson Academy, I received Employee of the Month twice. Over the years, I have continued building experience working with children and teens of different needs and personalities. I have worked closely with two neurodivergent teenagers, supporting daily routines, emotional regulation, communication, and structure in the home environment. I have also worked with organizations including Cortica and Amergis, gaining additional experience supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. Currently, I work as an Instructional Aide with Long Beach Unified School District, where I support students in the classroom academically, behaviorally, and socially. I am also working toward my BCAT credential (Board Certified Autism Technician), which reflects my dedication to providing quality care for children with autism and other developmental differences. Overall, I truly enjoy working with kids. I’m patient, dependable, and nurturing, while also understanding the importance of structure, boundaries, and consistency. I take pride in being someone families can trust and rely on. I’m currently based in Malibu (with some time spent between Malibu and Long Beach), and my main address is Malibu. I’m especially interested in childcare opportunities in Malibu and the surrounding areas.

I am a retired teacher from LAUSD. I enjoy providing loving care to children. I’m a dependable person who will give 100 % to anything I do. I have been taking care of children since I was 10. I was a foster parent for 15 years also. I also tutor all academic subjects. I also have a Masters in Education. I was with my second family for 3 years. They moved to Texas, and I still keep in contact with them. In my spare time I write poetry and enjoy painting murals for elementary schools.

Growing up having to take care of my siblings. I’m also a caregiver and currently in school studying to become a pharmacy technician. I’m a daughter of God — patient, nurturing, and responsible. Hello Families! I have been a nanny and babysitter for the past seven years. My journey began as a Kid's Club attendant at an Equinox gym. From there, I built bonds with the children and their parents whom eventually hired me to babysit their children for date nights and day time hours so they can run errands. I eventually became a part-time nanny for a couple different families resulting in various age groups I would get to play, read, and hang out with. I have experience in infant care, toddler care and as the kids grow up, I have built knowledge and stay up to date with appropriate age development. I am currently doing the Disney College Program in Florida and will return Aug 14, 2025. I came to Florida to fulfill a college requirement for my degree in Recreational Tourism Management, I enjoy children and nature so much. My favorite days as a nanny are park days. My least favorite days are none. That's the best thing about this gig, children never bring about a bad day. They teach us to take each day as a gift, an opportunity to grow and connect to each other and everything around us.
