Hello, my name is Norma, I worked for ten years in a child care. I took Child Development courses at East Los Angeles College, and some general classes. Now I am choosing to work as a nanny serving working parents and taking care of them in their home because that is my passion.

Flor loves children very much and has been volunteering to take care of them since her own childhood. Growing up in Nicaragua made her a very family based woman and it created the intention to always take care of younger ones and bring them up well. Other than her two children, she raised her three granddaughters and would often take care of other family member's children.
