As an Early Childhood Education Associate Degree Graduate, current Bachelor of Psychology Major, former Home Based Preschool Owner, Director and Teacher, working in the field in various programs in the Santa Clara County for over 15 years, I am well versed in working with children and families with varied needs. Upon reflecting on ways that I have actively networked to increase accessibility and capacity while attending school full-time, I was inspired to sign up. Much can be achieved through careful, collaborative, culturally proficient and early innovative measures.
