I am local to Marin/SF and a Mom to my daughter who is now in college. In addition to being a parent, I have been babysitting off and on for many years. I have pretty high standards as far as child care goes. I think it is important to engage (not sit on your phone), and make sure the children feel well looked after. I like to check in via text now and again during the job so the parents feel connected and reassured. I'm happy to be in a home with dogs as I have two sweet dogs of my own. ***PLEASE NOTE: I expect to be paid for the full time that you book, regardless if you return home early- appreciate your understanding on this. Thanks!

Cassandra is incredible - our kids felt comfortable with her immediately and love hanging out with her. She’s trustworthy, reliable, and always warm and patient with the kids. Highly recommend Cassandra!

Hello, my name is Victoria A little bit about myself I am 22 years old and I have loads of experience working in daycare’s and babysitting kids around the age of infant to 12 years old Children Care Experience: Since 16 years old, I was volunteering at a daycare, and then transitioned into an employee. My role in the daycare was meal prepping for the kids and also doing nap times and cool activities outside. Age Group: Infant to middle school age groups Skills: I provide the real communication overly communication is some thing I pride myself on making sure we’re on the same page. Pet Care Experience: I also have experienced providing dog care Which me look like overnight sitting checking in doing daily walks all those different sorts of things .

Victoria helped us when we were really in a jam. She came to help take care of our 2 year old son who is normally shy and takes time to warm up to new people. She walked in and immediately engaged him, played with him and kept him safe. He is a very fast and active little boy but she kept up with him the whole day. She settled into our schedule fast with minimal direction, giving me a chance to catch up on work. Victoria has a knack for connecting with toddlers and keeping them busy, while also being gentle. I am grateful for Victoria’s help and will definitely call her again.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
