Hello! My name is Rachel, and I recently graduated from college. I am a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver available for child care, senior care, and pet care services. I understand that care needs don't always happen on a schedule, so I am often available for short-notice, evening, weekend, and last minute requests.
My greatest caregiving experience comes from serving as the primary caregiver for my grandmother for two years through her end of life care journey. During that time, I assisted with daily living activities, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and emotional support. This experience taught me the value of patience, empathy, reliability, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.
I currently work in campus safety at a high school, where I interact with students, staff, and families daily. This role has strengthened my communication skills, responsibility, problem solving abilities, and capacity to remain calm in high pressure situations.
I am CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, am a non smoker, and can pass a background check. My goal is to provide families with peace of mind by delivering safe, attentive, and personalized care.
