I am a former preschool teacher, currently turned nanny, with 20 years of experience working with children. I am a fun, loving person and offer more than the typical babysitter as I focus on supporting the overall development of children I work with. My experience ranges from birth to adulthod, including children with special needs, as I hold a certificate of specialization in special needs education and have several years of experience working with diverse abilities. I have two children of my own; a 23 year old son and a 27 year old daughter who graduated from Stanford. I am a native Spanish speaker, CPR certified, and a registered sitter with Trustline for added peace of mind of families. Note: if your child is sick or anyone in your household, please let me know, so we can discuss the risk. I don’t offer cleaning or cooking services.

HI! I'm a mom of three (ages 15, 20, and 23) with 9 years of professional nanny experience, plus 14 years at home raising my own kids. I've cared for every age from newborns to teenagers, and I genuinely love them all. Most of my career has been spent in long-term positions with two families, staying with each of them for several years as their kids grew. My days with kids are active and full. I'm big on outings: the park, the library, music classes, and the zoo. I like creating a home that feels fun and silly, with plenty of music and cooking. I'm also a serious animal lover, so pets in the house are a bonus. Beyond childcare, I'm hardworking and detail oriented, and cleaning and organizing are my specialties. I'm also well versed in food allergies and special diets. I have Celiac Disease myself and follow a strict gluten-free routine, so label-reading and avoiding cross-contamination are second nature to me. I speak conversational Spanish. Not fluent, but enough to hold a real conversation. One practical note: I'm highly allergic to Lavender, so I ask that Lavender scented products not be used in the home. Lavender growing outside is no problem at all. I'm available for occasional sitting and am also looking for the right full-time position with a family I can grow with. I'd love to hear about your family and whatever you might need.

Brandi is an exceptional nanny - highly experienced with all ages and incredibly energetic and warm. We were fortunate to have her as our full-time nanny and an integral part of our family for nearly 4 years. She cared for our older son from 4 months on and helped us set a regular napping/feeding schedule with him right off the bat. Over the years, she helped us transition to new nap schedules, new foods, new activities, and a new little brother. Brandi maintained a fun weekly schedule with both boys, taking them to library story times, MyGym, music classes, and coming up with myriad arts and crafts activities. We highly recommend Brandi - it’s such a relief to have an experienced caregiver you can trust!

I'm currently doing occasional care for 3 and 6 years old boys in Redwood Shores, a 12 years old kid in Portola Valley, 6-8 years old boys in Los Altos and a 15months old in Foster City and I also have experience with 15, 18, 24 months old girls and boys working with several families across West Bay Area. One of the Bay Area's Top Rated Sitter/Caregiver and Driver with Amazing Reviews and Strong References..!! I'm passionate, proactive and creative about supporting each child's growth, learning, and happiness at every stage of their life. With hands on experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school age kids, and teens, I create nurturing, engaging fun and safe environments that encourage self discovery and development through play, games, and Montessori activities. I'm understanding, organized, compassionate, patient, protective and very empathetic, striving to help children thrive. As someone who values conscious health, I promote safe, natural habits in daily life. I like working out, and I'm strong and fast, both physically and mentally, staying calm and quick to respond whenever a situation calls for it. Along with my child development work, I have a background in animal behavior and pet care, running group hikes for pets (I love animals). I believe in treating pets as valued family members, focusing on their well being and happiness. I try to live congruently with my values. I'm enthusiastic, and love to bring out the best in everyone(yes even animals). I'm a smart techy and also great as a family assistant if needed, plus I have a Graphic Design Degree and clean driving record(Also have clean reliable car), very good with arts, science, geography, AI, and elevated mindset. I speak Spanish if you would like your kids to practice a different language. I was in my own restaurant business for 5 years. Would love to have the opportunity to get on a call with you and give and get more details.. Looking forward to hear back from you. Have a great week..!! With love Bryan.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
