Hi! I'm Michelle. I have been babysitting and working with kids for most of my life! :) I have been a camp counselor, run my own daycare, tutored, and have worked in elementary schools. I get so much joy from being around kids and find it so rewarding to help them learn and grow. I 've worked with children of all ages - it's something that I have always been naturally drawn to and good at but I have also picked up lots of helpful tips and tricks along the way. Look forward to meeting you!

Hello 👋🏾 My name is Sadia. I have always had a passion for working with children and creating positive, supportive environments where they can learn and grow. From a young age, I was known as the neighborhood babysitter, helping care for not only my younger brothers but also many of the children in my community. Those experiences helped shape my love for working with kids and supporting families. In addition, I previously served as an assistant coach for the Santa Rosa Express youth track team, where I enjoyed sharing my passion for track and field with children ages 5–13. Watching kids build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun has always been incredibly rewarding to me. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your family soon. Thank you.

Sabia totally went with the flow and fully engaged with and cared sweetly for our 2 six year olds and 7 month old! I look forward to working with her again!

$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 72 families in Pope Valley, CA

I have 9 years of experience babysitting and caring for children from infant to adolescence. I am loving, patient, and very energetic! I love reading, arts & crafts, and dancing. I am fluent in English and Spanish! I have completed many child development classes and through that, I earned my Associate Teacher certificate. During my freshman year in high school, I worked with many families doing afterschool care. I would also volunteer at the Downtown River Boys and Girls club in Petaluma every day after school. Soon after I was offered a program coordinator position for the Boys & Club where I ran all kinds of enrichment programs while also helping children with their homework and building warm relationships with them. I also volunteered at Mt. Taylor Children’s Center in Rohnert Park where I engaged children in playtime, read books, and made sure children were safe at all times. My work through high school helped me realize I have a passion for caring and teaching children. I am a great role model for children and want to help guide them through their life’s in the most positive manner.

Melisa helped us out for date night and was so awesome with our 5yo! She even got her to bed, which can be tricky with our kiddo! Highly recommend. She is clearly an experienced professional and we felt great leaving our daughter with her.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
