Hello Families, ❌ Hello all, I was celebrating my 1 yr anniversary with my husband here in Florida in April, and we suffered a huge car accident! :( I broke my whole left leg. I am still in rehabilitation here in Fl since doctors won’t let me go back to Ca. Please keep me all in your prayers, and please don’t try to book me :( Thank you for understanding. ❌ Thank you for checking out my profile! My name is Zulema (go by Zu), and I have been working with families all over the bay area for 6 years. I have been a Sunday School teacher at my local church for 7 years now; teaching ages 5-9. Previously I was with 2-4 year old ones! I love them all! I have babysat for over 200+ families whether it’s a part time or date nights! I was a tutor for elementary school aged kids, and can help your kids with distance learning and homework! I also work for a company called Zūm ( Ride Share for kids). I am very reliable and have a clean driving record. I worked at Alkalign Studios as a Playroom Instructor in charge of newborns through 11 years olds. I love to sing, dance, read stories, play instruments, board game, outside games (the list goes on). I can speak both English and Spanish so I can teach your kids too! I am always looking for new opportunities and meeting new people; it will never be a dull moment with me. If you need a hand in the kitchen or with household task, I can help too. I am very energetic, lovable, friendly and look forward on meeting you and your family! I am Trust line certified. *I am currently working a FT job, and can only help with date nights* -Zulema PS: I strongly believe that as sitters we shouldn't be on our phone (unless it's an emergency or the kids have gone to bed). I am always ready to play, clean, or do as I'm told!

Zulema is very responsive, which was super helpful cause we had a last minute need. She's very friendly and our son had a great time with her. We'd love to have her babysit our 2.5 year old again!

Hello! My name is Vera. I live in Palo Alto and I have two grown, wonderful children. I immigrated from Ukraine 27 years ago and speak fluent Ukrainian and Russian. I am looking for a small part-time job and occasional babysitting gigs. I have years of babysitting experience ranging from all ages and I have several references available upon request. I am very friendly, dependable, creative, and punctual. I enjoy being active (doing anything outdoors), walking in the park, making arts and crafts, and spending time with my family. I am usually available at last notice as well, if needed. I made this account a couple of years ago and am just getting back to it after being away and working with different families. I have my own, reliable car and have no difficulties with transportation.

Vera is wonderful. She quickly connected to my child and kept him engaged.

Hi - My name is Mariana and I’m looking for a 2 part time, weekdays, one in the morning one afternoon, open for a full time was well, and babysitting. I love working with kids and have experience caring for children from 6 months to 11 years old. I’m comfortable with everything from diaper changes to preparing meals, and I bring a mix of fun and learning to our time together — reading stories, coloring, puzzles, going to the park, and even the occasional dance party. I’m responsible, organized, and genuinely enjoy spending my days with kids. I’m CPR certified, a strong swimmer, fully vaccinated, and a safe driver.

Mariana was absolutely amazing! Our 11-year-old daughter and 9-year-old twin boys loved her. She baked with my son, and he was so excited and proud of his baking creations. She even turned cleaning up into a group activity and got all three kids to wash the dishes with her, something they rarely do with us. She then took all three to the beach and out for dinner, seizing the initiative to take care of all the preparations, packing a bag with extra clothes, towels, and sunscreen. When we had an emergency and needed her to stay for an extra two hours on short notice, she was extremely flexible and didn't hesitate. At the end of the night, the kids wouldn't let her leave: they kept hugging her, kissing her, and demanding we bring her back. We would absolutely book Mariana again and highly recommend her to any family.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
