Booked by 4 families in Rodeo, CA

Hi families- My name is Lhamo I’m a nurturing and dependable nanny with over 7 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers. Supporting little ones through their early stages of growth is truly my passion, and I feel honored to be part of those special milestones. I have hands-on experience with newborn care, feeding, introducing solids, diapering, potty training, sleep routines, and encouraging early learning and development. I love creating a calm, structured, and loving environment where children feel safe, happy, and confident to explore the world around them. Story time, sensory activities, music, and outdoor walks are some of my favorite ways to engage little ones. My goal is to become a long-term, trusted support for your family and a warm, positive presence in your child’s life. I look forward to connecting with you! 😊

“Lhamo did an amazing job watching our 8 month old baby girl. She is so kind and patient. She was able to jump in and play with our daughter and get her to sleep. ”

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
