Hello- My name is Brithanie and I am a fourth-year college student and currently attending CSUEB’s Nursing Program! I am CPR & First Aid certified. I also speak Spanish! I enjoy babysitting :) I have had experience with babies and children ages 1-10! I worked with a senior my first semester of college, which I enjoyed so much and learned a lot from. Taking care of others is something that I want to continue to do and gain more experience in as it will become part of my career as a nurse. Open to sitting any pets.

Hi everyone! My name is Sophia 😊 I’m a Business Management major at University of San Francisco, and currently living in SF. I’ve been working with kids since I was 15 as a home daycare assistant, Kumon tutor (K–12), Boys & Girls Club volunteer, and I work as a server. Because of this, I’m comfortable caring for children from Pre-K through middle school. I’m patient, responsible, and great at keeping kids engaged while making sure they’re safe. I’m also an older sister, so caring for kids comes naturally to me. I’m Filipino and fluent in If you’re interested, please message me for more info. Thank you for considering me ❤️

Sophia did a great job taking care of our children, aged seven and nine. She arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The kids loved her! They played a lot of fun and creative games, and the kids had a blast! She kept them on schedule with dinner and bedtime, and both kids were asleep in bed 30 minutes before their bedtime. Our dog, who is a little scared of strangers, immediately trusted her and stayed by her side until we got home. Sophia also did a great job straightening up and doing little chores around the house. We highly recommend Sophia, and would love her to babysit again

Hey, My name is Pride, and I'd love to be considered for your nanny position. I've been a childcare provider for 14 years and am a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, CPR/First Aid trained, and I also hold a diploma as an English teacher. I've spent much of my career caring for infants and young children, and I genuinely love supporting their growth and development. I provide a warm, patient, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and heard. I enjoy reading, singing, painting, and creative activities that encourage learning through play. My experience has taught me to be dependable, thoughtful, compassionate, and calm. I'd love the opportunity to learn more about your family and hope to hear from you. Thank you for your time! As a doula, I support families before and after birth, strengthening my patience, communication, and understanding of each child's unique needs. I would be honored to care for your little one and support your family.

Pontsho (also called Pride) has been a godsend! My kids are 10yo and 12yo boys and we all felt really connected to Pride when we first met. Out of all the sitters we interviewed, my kids requested her above anyone else. And she's been just wonderful! She plays all-day-long games of Monopoly, takes the kids on long walks to playgrounds, reads stories, plays games, hangs out doing crafts and chatting, makes them lunch ... My kids are visiting their dad so i'm not around, but they call me every day and they're just really content and happy. It was hard to find someone from a distance and only meet her over FaceTime! But Pride's references were amazing and I can see why. Knowing that I can feel safe and comfortable from a distance is priceless.

$60 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 9 families in San Leandro, CA

Greetings families! My name is Samantha but you all can call me Sam. I have been a career nanny for 10+ years. And have experience working with newborns, infant, toddlers, and older children all around. Plus, a background with children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I am transitioning to being a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist. Currently in the process of becoming certified with DONA International by the end of 2023. Am mom to a pitbull mix doggo and a domestic short hair kitty. :)

Sam was wonderful! She was prompt, professional, an excellent communicator, and she was terrific with my young toddler. I had never had a sitter before so I was incredibly nervous but I felt immediately comfortable leaving my kid with Sam. She updated us via text to let us know how it was going. Sam listened closely to any instructions I left, and followed them closely and respectfully, and let me know each thing was clear and understood. She was terrific playing with my toddler and I'd be thrilled to book her in the future.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
